What do I do if my item(s) arrives damaged?Updated 5 months ago

Some items break during shipment. We’ll do our best to help.

Please email our team at [email protected] for further assistance. Please follow the below instructions for a quick response:

  • Subject:  "Received Damaged Products: [Your Order Number]" (Replace [Your Order Number] with your actual order number)
  • Body: Share the tracking id, and photos of damaged items or package. Briefly share what you would prefer (replacement or refund).

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!
