Lost packages
At Minimalist, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] with the following information in below format:
- Subject: "Lost Package: [Your Order Number]" (Replace [Your Order Number] with your actual order number)
- Body: Share the tracking id, and how many days the order has not been received. Briefly share what you would prefer (replacement or refund).
Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please report to our customer support team at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package in below format:
- Subject: "Received Damaged Products: [Your Order Number]" (Replace [Your Order Number] with your actual order number)
- Body: Share the tracking id, and photos of damaged items or package. Briefly share what you would prefer (replacement or refund).
We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
